In case of discrepancy of the data specified in the system with data of the applicant whose documents are submitted to the Consular office, such documents are not accepted for consideration. Booking of one temporary slot for admission in the system provides the possibility of filing only one set of documents.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that if you intend to apply visa documents to the Consular office of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in China (Add: No. 4 Dongzhimen Beizhongjie, Dongcheng district Beijing, 100600), in the electronic application form in “Appointment details” graph as a “Destination name” you should choose “Embassy of the Russian Federation in China” but not “Beijing visa center”.
